Typical wine of the zone of the Loira near the mouth of the river, at north there is the city' of Nantes, the zone is famous for the oysters to which this wine is faithful frend.

The grape is Muscadet, also named "Melon de Bourgogne", very elegant with high acidity' but well balanced.
"Sur Lie" it means "on the yeasts."
